摘要

钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2（sodium-glucose transporter 2

SGLT2）是介导肾小管内葡萄糖重吸收的关键蛋白分子

也是近年研究证实的降糖治疗新靶点。针对该靶点所开发研制的SGLT2特异性抑制剂成为目前最具前景的降糖药物。本文就SGLT2抑制剂降糖机制、临床应用、有效性及安全性等作一综述

并对该种药物提出新的思考。

Abstract

Sodium-glucose transporter 2(SGLT2)play an essential role in glucose reabsorption of renal tubules

and the new treatment targeting this protein molecule has become one of the most potential therapeutic strategies for diabetes. Thus

SGLT2 inhibitors are proved to be the new promising anti-diabetes agents developed for the target. Here

this review summarized the mechanism

clinical application

efficacy and safety of SGLT2 inhibitors according to existing studies and a new perspective of the current status of SGLT2 inhibitors was also included.
