摘要

目的:探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂（urokinase-type plasminogen activator

u PA）、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制因子-l（plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1

PAI-1）及转化生长因子β1（transforming growth factor-beta 1

TGF-β1）在宫腔粘连（intrauterine adhesion

IUA）患者子宫内膜中的表达及与宫腔粘连发生的关系。方法:选取2013年8月至2014年4月于重庆医科大学附属大学城医院40例行宫腔粘连术的IUA患者的子宫内膜作为实验组（其中轻度粘连17例

中度粘连13例、重度粘连l0例）

以45例非IUA患者的子宫内膜作为对照组

采用蛋白免疫印记法和免疫组化法

比较两组子宫内膜组织中u PA、PAI-l及TGF-β1的表达情况。结果:随着粘连程度的加重

实验组子宫内膜中u PA的表达逐渐减少（P<0.05）;而PAI-l及TGF-β1的表达则明显高于对照组（P<0.05）

且重度粘连组中的表达高于轻-中度粘连组（P<0.05）。结论:宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜组织中u PA、PAI-l及TGF-β1的变化可能会促进IUA的发生、发展

且其改变的幅度与宫腔粘连的程度密切相关。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate and analysis the correlation of the protein expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator(u PA)

plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1(PAI-1)

and transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)in the endometrium of patients with intrauterine adhesion(IUA). Methods:The protein expression of u PA

PAI-1and TGF-β1 were detected by Western blot and immunohistochemical(IH). Results:The expression of u PA was decreased along with the increasing of the adhesion severity(P<0.005).On the contrary

the expressions of PAI-1 and TGF-β1 were significantly higher in experimental group than in control group(P<0.005). Conclusion:The changes of u PA

PAI-1 and TGF-β1 may promote the occurrence and development of IUA

and the changing degree is closely related with the degree of intrauterine adhesion.
