Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of the curative efficacy for the first 131 I ablation therapy for thyroid remnant and metastatic lesions in children and adolescents with differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DTC). Methods:Based on the clinical data of 88 child and adolescent DTC cases(56 cases in complete-ablation group and 32 cases in incomplete-ablation group) of first 131 I ablation. Influencing factors were analyzed(rank-sum test
χ2-test
Fisher exact test)and logistic regression analysis were performed. Results:For the first 131 I ablation effectiveness in children and adolescents DTC patients
radioactive iodine uptake(RAIU)
lymph nodes metastases and lung metastases were selected as influencing factor. After logistic regression analysis
RAIU and lymph nodes metastases were independent parameters. Conclusion :Influencing factors of success rate of the first 131 I ablation therapy in children and adolescents DTC patients include RAIU
lymph nodes metastases and lung metastases
while independent parameters are RAIU and lymph nodes metastases.
