Objective:To study of symmetry of 11 bony landmarks on skull and the skewing scope. Methods:Photographic superimposition was used to capture skull’s photograph of 84 males and 21 females. All the photographs were flipped horizontally as a group of new photograph. The new one was superimposed on the original one to measure the distance between the same landmarks. Results:There were 4 bony landmarks(lateral orbital tubercle
fronlomalare orbitale
ronlomalare temporal and frontotemprale)with best symmetry which rang less than 1 mm. Conclusion:The symmetry of 4 bony landmarks(lateral orbital tubercle
fronlomalare orbitale
ronlomalare temporal and frontotemprale)is good
and can be used to revise the broken skull and help to repair incomplete skull in photographic superimposition.
