目的　探索本科护生的职业生涯规划的困惑，为开展职业生涯规划的培训教育提供依据。方法　采用质性研究的方法对14名本科实习护生进行观察、深入访谈和现场录音及笔录，运用Colaizzi分析程序对资料进行分析。结果　本科护生职业生涯规划的困惑主要包括职业规划模糊、自我认知不足、职业认同不高、社会认知不足四个主题。结论　护理教育者应针对本科护生存在职业生涯规划的困惑，加强对其自我认知、职业认同、社会认知等方面职业生涯规划的培训、教育和指导，以有利于每名护生作出最佳职业生涯规划;Objective　To explore the nursing students'puzzles about career planning， and pro-vide a basis for the training. Methods　A qualitative research was conducted on 14 university nursing in-terns by in-depth interview and observing. The whole interview was noted. The data was analyzed accord-ing to Colaizzi's phenomenological procedure. Results　The experience could be classified into four as-pects， including hazy understanding of career planning， lack of understanding of themselves， limited career identity and lack of social cognition. Conclusion　Nursing educators should enhance the training a-gainst the nursing students'puzzles and make sure they can make a good career planning.
