Objective To understand the influence of PDCA circulation combined with LBL/TBL teaching model on the problem solving ability of hospital pharmacy interns and the effect of practice teaching
and improve the quality of hospital pharmacy practice teaching. Methods 126 hospital pharmacy interns were randomly divided into control group (63 interns) and experimental group (63 interns). The control group was taught by LBL/TBL teaching model
and the experimental group was taught by PDCA cycle combined with LBL/TBL teaching model. After the practice
questionnaires were used to investigate the problem solving ability of the two groups
the effect of practice teaching was examined
and the satisfaction of practice was investigated. Results The positive problem orientation and rational problem solving dimension scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). In the experimental group
the negative problem orientation
avoidance style
impulse / negligence style scores were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The theoretical basis score of the experimental group (86.5±8.5) and the score of hospital pharmacy practice skills (87.0±7.2) were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After the end of the internship
the satisfaction degree of practice teaching was investigated
the experimental group's practical ability
the team cooperation consciousness and the independent learning ability were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.2%
which was higher than the control group (83.5%) (P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation combined with LBL/TBL teaching model can improve the problem solving ability of hospital pharmacy interns and the effect of practice teaching
