摘要

第二课堂是医学院校人文教育的重要载体。为了充分发挥其作用，必须切实理顺医学人文教育的组织管理机构，进一步拓宽和深化第二课堂的内容与形式，建立健全相应的考评激励机制

Abstract

The second class in medical college is an important carrier of humanities education. In order to give full play to its function， we must effectively rationalize the organization and management of medical humanities education institutions， not only to broaden the content and form of the second class， but also to establish appropriate evaluation incentives.
