摘要

总结长海医院呼吸内镜专科医师培训基地在平台构建、培训方法等方面的工作开展情况，提出培训过程中可能存在的问题和解决方案，探讨适合我国呼吸内镜专科医师规范化培训的模式和方法

Abstract

This article describes the progress of developing the training base and training methods for bronchoscopists at Changhai hospital in recent years， and then discusses the potential issues and solu-tions that might occure in the course of training， and finally explores the model and methodology to op-timize the training program for Chinese bronchosocpists.
