In order to solve the young doctor's practical problem， several measures were taken including strengthening the construction of medical ethics and humanity quality， enhancing operation ski-lls， paying attention to medical data accumulation， cultivating research innovative thinking， etc. Mean-while， training and education mode was changed， technical skill training and comprehensive quality cul-tivation were enhanced and long-term effective assessment mechanism was built. Clinical practical experi-ence and the general patient satisfaction result showed that satisfactory effect was achieved.
