摘要

从住院医师培训计划的安排、实际临床带教的安排、临床操作技能的培训和考核制度等四个方面，详细比较了澳大利亚和中国上海两家著名医院神经病学住院医师规范化培训的利弊，以期为我国住院医师培训提供参考

Abstract

From the four aspects of residency training plan， the actual clinical teaching arra ngement， clinical operation skill training and examination system， we compared the pros and cons of neurological resident training systems in two famous hospitals in Australia and China， aiming to provide useful suggestions to improve the current neurological resident training system.
