分析了原始分与标准分在教学督导成绩计分的差异及原因

指出了标准分数的优缺点及在实际应用中的建议

Abstract

The paper introduced the theory of the standard score and its application in instructional supervision. As an example

the paper analyzed the difference between the standard score and original score in instructional supervision recording and its reason by using the actual instructional score

and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the standard score

put forwarded the recommendations on its application.
