摘要

目的了解不同层次护理专业大学生自我导向学习能力及影响因素。方法在三所高等院校随机选取290名全日制在校护理专业大学生为调查对象

应用自我导向学习评定量表进行调查。结果护理专业大学生自我导向学习能力总分(211.51±28.74)分

其中重点本科学生为(220.27±30.16)分

一般本科学生为 (212.37±25.01)分

专科学生为(205.26±29.84)分

得分差异有统计学意义(F=6.191

P=0.002)。学历层次、是否独生子女、每天自学时间、小组学习经历等对自我导向学习能力有影响。结论护理专业重点本科学生自我导向学习能力为高等水平

一般本科和专科学生为中等水平

应针对学生能力特点及影响因素采取相应的改革

有效提高学生自我导向学习能力

Abstract

Objective To investigate the characteristic and influencing factor of self-directed learning of nursing college students． Methods A total of 290 students from three nursing colleges in Sichuan province were investigated with Self-Rating Scale For Self-Directedness in Learning． Results The total score of SRSSDL of nursing college students was (211.51±28.74)

the score of sutents from key undergraduate was (220.27±30.16)

the score of sutents from general undergraduate was (212.37±25.01)

the score of sutents from associate degree was (205.26±29.84)

The score difference has statistical significance(F=6.191
