【摘要】为提升医学研究生参与科研的热情及医学院校核心竞争力，在充分分析当前医学院校开设研究生专利申报课程必要性的基础上，组建了包括医学专业教师、专利专职工程师、研究生教学管理干部和科技管理干部的专利教学师资队伍；实践中采用“以问题为基础的学习”联合“案例教学”的专利申报教学方法；构建了包括数据检索和分析模块、专利法基础知识模块、专利申报培训模块的专利课程体系。并建立了以专利基础理论课程学习、科研能力、专利申报实务等指标为措施的教学效果评估机制。为培养既具科研创新精神又具有知识产权保护能力的医学复合型人才提供了借鉴。 【关键词】医学；研究生；科研；专利；教学;【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the scientific research participation of the medical postgraduates
