【ion】 By comparing current situation of our and other countries’ pediatric imaging websites
this study aimed to reveal the deficiencies of domestic online teaching in pediatric imaging
and further
to probe the practical meaning and strategy in construction of pediatric imaging teaching website stations. The findings were summarized as follows: 1) Web-based medical education had permeated into almost every corner of traditional medical teaching
persistently upgrading the medical teaching models and qualities. 2) Teaching website stations of childrens medical imaging
many owned by academic societies or universities
started earlier in developed countries
with virtues well-interactive
easy to access
and abundant in teaching materials
etc. 3) No open-source Chinese websites were found specializing in pediatric imaging teaching. Conclusively
web-based medical education evolves rapidly. But strikingly different
the development of pediatric imaging network education goes slowly
which is apparently unfit for the development of domestic pediatric imaging. Construction of our own website stations is imperative and impending. It is conducive for the integral level of medical imaging education
and as a result
will promote the development of pediatric imaging of our country.
