摘要

为了探讨边看边练习教学（practice while watching，PWW）在规范化培训住院医师心肺复苏培训中的教学效果。对196名参加规范化培训的住院医师应用PWW教学法进行心肺复苏培训和考核，培训后住院医师的成绩明显提高，住院医师对PWW教学方式的满意率为100%。PWW教学方式可以提高规范化培训住院医师的心肺复苏培训效果，增加学习兴趣

To study the effect of practice while watching(PWW)teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training of standardized training residents.196 standardized training residents were selected

PWW teaching method was used to carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and assessment

The results were significantly higher than that before the training

the satisfaction rate of the residents to the PWW teaching method was 100%.PWW teaching method could improve the effect of standardized training resident doctors in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

and increase the interest in learning.
