生命科学交叉融合人才的培养模式依旧处于探索阶段，本文提出的4I培养模式包括交叉课程的设置、交叉课题的融合选题、交叉研究的全过程指导与管理和最终的创新考核四个关键环节。基于4I模式，系统且有针对性地进行布局，将提升高等院校生命科学交叉融合型人才的培养水平

The cultivation of interdisciplinary talents for life science is still in the state of exploration. The 4I training mode includes four key elements

interdisciplinary course setting

integration of cross project

instruction and administration across whole research and innovational evaluation at the end. Based on the 4I training mode

systematic and targeted design and arrangement would enhance the training level of interdisciplinary talents of life science in universities.
