摘要

临床药学是医院药学的重要部分，开展临床药学教育对于培养临床药学人才至关重要。近年来我国临床药学教育发展可观，但临床药师队伍的专业素质仍有一定不足，学科教育与临床实践之间的转化尚存在欠缺。本文拟通过对美国与中国临床药学教育的起源发展、学制学位、课程设置、教学方式等进行分析，立足我国教育实情，探讨适用于我国的临床药学教育方式及方法，为我国临床药学专业人才培养的优化，为加快我国临床药学的合理、健康发展提供思路及参考

Abstract

Clinical pharmacy is an important part of hospital pharmacy. Education of clinical pharmacy is one of the most important tasks in clinical pharmacy personnel training. At present

there is a considerable progress in the development of clinical pharmacy education in China

however

the professional quality of clinical pharmacists is still insufficient and there is a gap between the disciplinary education and clinical practice. In this article

we discuss the origin

development

academic degree

curriculum

teaching methods and practice certification of clinical pharmacy education in China and in United States

in order to explore the applicable methods of clinical pharmacy education in China. It will provide ideas and references for the optimization of the training of clinical pharmacy professionals

accelerating the development of clinical pharmacy in China.
