摘要

本文用两种１８染色体上特异性ＤＮＡ片段的探针和１４号染色体上免疫球旦白重链结合区探针，用Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ法对２５例Ｂ型非何杰金淋巴瘤病例（Ｂ－ＮＨＬ）进行ｂｃ１－２基因重排的检测，并作了免疫表型和染色体核型检查。发现５６％（１０／１８例）的滤泡型ＮＨＬ和１／７例弥漫型ＮＨＬ病人出现了ｂｃ１－２基因重排。９１％（１０／１１例）重排病例的ｂｃｌ－２基因片段与重排的Ｉｇ重链结合区的片段一起移动。证实了ｔ（１４；１８）染色体易位。结果表明，ｂｃ１－２基因重排与滤泡型ＮＨＬ的发病有密切关系。

Abstract

outhern blotting was used to detect rearrangemects of the bc1-2 gene by the two probes forchromosome 18-specific DNA fragments and for immunoglobulin hearychain joining regionfragment on chromesome 14 in 25 cases of B-NHL

immunophenotype and karyotype. In thepresent study

bc1-2 gene was rearranged in 56%(10/18)of follicular lymphomas and 15%(1 of 7)ofdiffuse lymphome of follicle cneter cell lineage

10 of 11 the rearranged bc1-2 fragment comigratedwith a rearranged immunoglobulin heary chain joining region fragment

confirming that is t(14

18)translocation. Our results show that the rearrangement of bc1-2 associated with the pathogenesis offollicular lymphoma.
