摘要

１０３例根据ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ并经骨科确诊后开始治疗，男性６２例，女性４１例；年龄１８～６５岁；病程２天～２５年；单侧腿痛９８例，双侧腿痛５例。治疗组１０３例采用牵引加电脑中频治疗，对照组８０例采用牵引加超短波治疗。两组均每日治疗１次，１０次为一疗程，治疗３～４疗程后判断疗效。经统计学处理，两组治愈率有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５），治疗组疗效优于对照组。笔者认为牵引加电脑中频是治疗腰椎间盘突出症较有效的非手术疗法之一。

Abstract

he 103 cases di agnosed by CT、MRI and Clinicaly received treatinent.Thepatients were divided into two groups:The treated group(103 cases)were treated withtraction and computerized modulated midium friquency current(CMMFC)

The controlled group(80 cases)were treated with traction and uItrashort wave.The both group were treated one time ina day

The 10 times were treated for a course

They were evaluated for the effect of treatment afterthe 3～4 course. They were dealed with statistics. The cure rate was a very significant difference inboth groups(P<0.005)

The results showed that the effect of treated group is batter than thecontrolled group。The author is regarded that the treatment of the lumbar disc herniation withtraction and CMMFC is more effective conservation treatment.
