摘要

健康雌性家兔６只，于静注诺氟沙里（２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）前、后不同时间收集血、胆汁、脑脊液和尿液标本。用ＨＰＬＣ法测定标本中的药物浓度，所得实验数据用３Ｐ８７药代动力学软件包在微机上进行处理。结果显示，静注给药后，诺氟沙星在体内的药代动力学过程符合二室开放模型：血清、胆汁、尿中的诺氟沙星浓度均大于大多数革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌的ＭＩＣ９０，脑脊液中的诺氟沙星浓度（峰值）等于或略高于引起脑部感染常见敏感菌的ＭＩＣ９０，表明诺氟沙星静注后，诺氟沙星能较快地分布到。上述体液中，并达到有效杀菌浓度。

Abstract

CSF and urine samples of six female rabbits were obtained at different times before and following administration of an iv dose of 25mg/kg. The concentration of norfloxacin in samples were determined by HPLC. The drug - time data were analyzed with 3p87 program. The results showed that the concentration of norfloxacin in serum

bile and urine were much higher than MIC90 for most pathogenic bacteria. The concentration of norfloxacin in CFS(peak level) was equal to or higher than MICd90 for common pathogenic bacteria. Experimental conalusion is that norfloxacin could distribute quickly to tissues fluids and reach the effective level of killing bacteria
