摘要

本文采用人结肠腺癌细胞株Ｌｏｖｏ体外培养研究分叉双歧杆菌粘附的性质和机制。结果发现：分叉双歧扦菌的粘附具有时间依赖性和菌量依赖性。静止期菌粘附作用是强。酸性ｐＨ值可以促进其粘附。通过ＷＰＧ．ＬＴＡ、多糖阻断试验及胰酶处理发现，ＷＰＧ、ＬＴＡ、细胞壁蛋白都参与了分叉双歧杆菌对Ｌｏｖｏ细胞的粘附，说明此粘附过程是多种分子共同参与的结果。国家自然科学基金

o investigate the charaterization and mechanism of Bifidobacterial adherance

B.bif1101 was tested for its ability to attach cultured human colonic adenocarcinomas cell line Lovo.The results showed that:(1)The adhesion of B.bif1101 was time - and dose- dependent.The bacteria of static phase attached greatest.(2)The adhesion of B.bif1101 was enhanced by low pH value;(3)Infhibitory effect of WPG
