摘要

目的:对住院的特发性肺间质纤维化（IPF）患者26例进行临床分析。方法:对该病的临床表现

诊断和治疗进行分析讨论。结果:特发性肺间质纤维化患者早期诊断困难

误诊率高

达。以激素和57.8%氧疗为主的综合治疗有一定效果。结论:特发性肺间质纤维化诊断有赖于典型的临床表现

胸部线片和高分辨检查

病XCT理组织检查示寻常间质性肺炎（UIP）有助于确诊。

Abstract

Objective: To analysis the clinical aspects of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) in 26 cases in our hospital. Methods: 26 patients with IPF were diagnosed between Jan. 1999 and Jun. 2001. Clinical symptoms

arterial blood-gas

fiberbronchoscopy

lung function testing

diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results:The diagnoses of patients with IPF were difficult in the early stage and easily misdiagnosed

accounting for 57.8% of the total.Therapies with steroids and oxygen are partially effective. Conclusion: Diagnosis of IPF depends on clinical manifestation

conventional chest radiographs and high-resolution CT scans

and lung function testing. Pathologic biopsy with usual interstitial pneumonia(UIP) contributes to diagnosis.
