Objective:To explore the risk factors of violence with psychosis and the effect of family environment

BPRS and FES-CV were used to assess between 38 subjects with diagnosed psychoses and a history of domestic violence and 40 subjects with no history of domestic violence.Results:Significant differences were found between the two groups in imperfect family structure

intimacy and emotion expression

parental maltreating

unhealthy rearing behavior

the entertainment and the organization.Conclusion:The perfect family structure

intimacy and emotion expression are positively related to violence

which can serve as the risk factors of the violent behavior with psychosis.
