摘要

目的:探讨初诊弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进（Graves病）肝损害的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析22例初诊Graves病伴肝损害患者（A组）的临床资料

并与22例肝功能正常的初诊Graves病患者（B组）比较。结果:A组患者ALT增高（95.5%）、AST增高（86.4%）、GGT增高（50.0%）、ALP增高（22.7%）

明显高于B组（P<0.05）;且A组年龄、病程、血FT3、FT4水平明显高于B组（P<0.05）。结论:初诊Graves病伴肝损害患者病程长、年龄大、血FT3和FT4水平高

尽早诊治Graves病

及时发现其肝损伤意义重大。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the clinical features of hepatic injury in the patients with Graves’disease. Methods: Clinical records of 22 Graves’disease patients with hepatic injury( group A) and 22 patients without hepatic injury( group B) were studied retrospectively. Results: In group A the ALT

GGT and ALP increased significantly( P<0.05) .the group A was elder

the course of disease was longer and the serum level of and FT3 and FT4 were higher than group B. Conclusion: It is important to diagnose and treat the patients with Graves’disease and hepatic injury.
