摘要

目的:探讨西尼罗病毒（West Nile virus

WNV）在新疆伊犁地区马群中的流行状况。方法:采用一步法实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（Real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction

Real-time RT-PCR）检测120份伊犁地区马的外周血液单个核细胞（Peripheral blood mononuclear cells

PBMCs）中WNV包膜蛋白（E）基因片段

并对可能的阳性产物进行基因序列测定、同源性和氨基酸顺序分析。结果:所检测的120份血液标本中未发现WNVE基因阳性片断。结论:目前没有证据表明我国新疆伊犁地区的马群中存在西尼罗病毒感染。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the epidemic of west Nile virus(WNV) infection in Yili

Xinjiang uygur autonomous region. Methods:One step real-time RT-PCR was performed to detect the west nile virus envelope(WNV E) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) of 120 equines. Gene sequence and amino acid sequence were analyzed for positive products. Results:No positive product was found in all the samples. Conclusion:No evidence was found to support WNV infection in Yili

Xinjiang uygur autonomous region.
