摘要

目的:探讨乙肝肝硬化患者外周血清白细胞介素-8（Interleukin-8

IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α

TNF-α）和可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1（Soluble intercelluar adhesionmolecule-1

sICAM-1）的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）和流式细胞仪技术检测41例正常人和63例乙肝肝硬化患者外周血清sICAM-1、IL-8、TNF-α水平。结果:乙肝肝硬化患者血清中sICAM-1、IL-8、TNF-α含量水平均明显高于正常对照组

且差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）;失代偿期肝硬化与代偿期肝硬化比较

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;乙肝肝硬化患者sICAM-1、IL-8增高呈正相关;乙肝肝硬化患者血清三指标含量由高到低依次为Child-PughC级、B级、A级组及正常对照组

且Child-Pugh分级各组与正常对照组比较

差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论:血清sICAM-1、IL-8、TNF-α水平可反映肝硬化肝细胞损害程度和炎症活动性

对其动态观察可对病情作出有价值的评估。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the change and significance of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in periheral blood of 41 healthy and 63 patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods: The serum level of TNF-αand IL-8 was analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The serum level of sICAM-1 was determined using flow cytometry. Results: Compare with normal control group

the serum level of ICAM-1

IL-8

and TNF-α showed significant difference(P<0.01)

and it also showed significant difference between decompensated liver cirrhosis and the compensated liver cirrhosis. The serum level of sICAM-1 increased gradually with the Child-Pugh grade

and it was positively correlated to IL-8.Conclusion: The results show that serum levels of IL-8

sICAM-1 and TNF-α may reflect the liver damage. Dynamic observation of Serum sICAM-1 level is helpful of estimating the state of the diseases.
