Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of medium frequency electro-stimulant for dysphagia in acute cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods: 80 patients with dysphagia after cerebral arterial thrombosis were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. The clinical medication of two groups was identical. The ice-stimulation was used in control group and medium frequency electric stimulation in therapy group respectively. The amelioration of dysphagia was observed after one month. Results: The cure rate of therapy group was 35% and the total effective rate was 90%. Compared with the control
