摘要

目的:比较甘氨双唑钠（CMNa）与顺铂（DDP）在食管癌放射治疗（RT）中的增敏作用和副作用。方法:食管癌首程放疗患者95例被随机分为CMNa+RT、DDP+RT及RT组。用药方法:CMNa+RT组:800mg/m2生理盐水100ml静滴

30min内输完

1h内行放疗。每周一、三、五

至放疗（照射剂量:65～74Gy）结束。DDP+RT组:10mg+生理盐水250ml静滴

每周一、四

至放疗结束。结果:CMNa+RT组和DDP+RT组的完全缓解率较RT组明显升高（P<0.05）

CMNa和DDP增敏作用比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。CMNa组的毒副反应发生率明显低于DDP组。结论:CMNa和DDP对食管癌均具有放疗增敏作用

两者无明显差异

而CMNa组副作用少

其远期疗效有待进一步研究。

Abstract

Objective:To compare radiosensitivity enhancement between DDP(Cisplatin) and CMNa(Sodium Glycididazole) in patients with intermediate and advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods:95 patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomized into three groups.There were 33 cases in RT(Radiation Treatment) group.There were 30 cases in CMNa +RT group

administrated with CMNa 800 mg/m2

every Monday

Wesday

and Friday.The regimen was repeated every week till the end of the radiotherapy(DT:65～74 Gy).There were 32 cases in DDP+ RT group

administrated with DDP 10mg

d1.4.The regimen was repeated every week till the end of the radiotherapy.Results:CMNa and DDP could enhance the radiosensitivity to advanced esophageal carcinoma.The radiosensitivity enhancement of two groups were similar(P>0.05).The side-effect in DDP group was more severe than in CMNa + RT group.Conclusion:There is no significant difference in radiosensitivity in two groups

but CMNa + RT regimen was more tolerable than DDP+ RT regimen.The long term effect needs further study.
