摘要

目的:优选β-环糊精包合鼻炎凝胶剂中挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验法

以包合物收率和挥发油的包合率作为考察指标

确定包合的最佳工艺条件;用显微镜观察法、薄层色谱法（Thin-layer chormatography

TLC）、紫外扫描法（Ultraviolet spectroscop

UV）和差示扫描热分析（Differential scanning calorimety

DSC）进行鉴别。结果:包合的最佳工艺条件为挥发油:β-环糊精（ml/g）为1∶8

包合温度为80℃

包合时间为1h。结论:优选工艺方法简单

效率较高

适合工业化生产。

Abstract

Objective:To optimize β-cyclodextrin inclusion process in the inclusion of volatile oil in anti-rhinitis gel.Methods:Orthogonal experiment was performed

and the inclusion process was evaluated with inclusion rate of volatile oil

recovery rate of inclusion compound as indexes.The findings were distinguished by microscopy

thin-layer chormatography(TLC)

ultraviolet spectroscop(UV) and differential scanning calorimety(DSC).Results:The optimized inclusion condition was as follows.The rate of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1:8(ml/g)

the inclusion temperature was at 80℃ and inclusion time was 1 h.Conclusion:The optimized method was simple and efficient

and suitable for industrialized production.
