摘要

目的:探讨Fas蛋白在大鼠脑损伤后不同时间的表达规律。方法:建立大鼠脑损伤模型。应用免疫组织化学染色方法和图片分析软件Image-ProPlus6.0对脑损伤后不同时段皮质和海马区的Fas蛋白表达进行检测

并做Fas表达高峰时的稳定性实验。结果:伤后0.5 h Fas开始表达

此后浓度逐渐升高

至伤后48 h达峰值

其后开始下降

至伤后14 d左右表达基本消失。结论:Fas有望成为脑损伤后损伤时间推断的可靠指标。

Abstract

Objective: To inquire the expression of Fas after brain injury in rats.Methods:The model of brain injury in rats was established.The expression of Fas in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemistry and the Results were assessed by Image-Pro Plus6.0.We also studied the stability of the fas expression of the peak.Results:The expression of Fas could be detected thirty minutes after the injury

and then it increased gradually

reached the peak twenty-four hours after the injury

then decreased gradually

and returned to undetectable level fourteen days after the injury.Conclusion:The Fas protein may be used as one of reliable indicators in estimation of time after brain injury.
