摘要

目的:研究CAPN-10基因Indel-19与非糖尿病血液透析患者的关系。方法:用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性（Polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment length polymorphism

PCR-RFLP）法检测30个健康人（A组）

60个稳定的非糖尿病血液透析患者（B组）CAPN-10基因Indel-19插入多态性基因型

生化技术测定空腹血糖（Fasting blood glucose

FBG）

甘油三脂（Three acids glyceride

TG）

高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（High-density lipoprotein cholesterol

HDL-C）水平。结果:B组患者收缩压、舒张压及甘油三酯水平较A组高（P<0.05）。A、B两组比较Indel-19基因型分布无明显差异（P=0.742）。B组基因型为2/2的患者较基因型为1/1

1/2患者有较高的腰围及TG水平（P值分别为0.033

0.002）。同时合并存在"代谢综合征"的B组患者出现CAPN-10基因Indel-19基因型2/2的频率较B组其余患者高（P=0.001）。结论:非糖尿病血液透析患者多同时存在脂质代谢紊乱及高血压。CAPN-10基因Indel-19可能与同时存在"代谢综合征"的终末期肾脏病有关

其可能机制是影响肾病患者脂质代谢

加重患者动脉硬化等的程度

但其具体作用机制尚有待于进一步研究。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the relation between Indel-19 polymorphisms of Calpain-10 gene and hemodialysis patients.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was used to test the genetype of Indel-19 of Calpain-10 gene.The people being tested included 30 normal people and 60 hemodialysis patients.The relationship between FBG

TG and HDL-C was also tested.Results:The frequency of different genetypes was the same in 2 groups(P=0.742).The frequency of genetype 2/2 in hemolysis patients with the syndrome of MS was higher than that in other hemodialysis patients(P=0.001).Conclusion:Indel-19 of Calpain-10 gene maybe one of the genetic factors contributing to the occurence of hemodialysis patients with the syndrome of MS.The disorder of lipid metabolism maybe the possible cause for the end-stage renal disease

but the specific mechanisms need to be further studied.
