摘要

2型糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病

可造成患者劳动能力丧失

影响生活质量。健康素养低下是大多数慢性病患者的共同特点

2型糖尿病患者的健康素养直接影响其健康结局

因此加强健康素养的评价对2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为和疾病预后有重要意义。本文对2型糖尿病患者健康素养的国内外研究现状、测量工具、干预方法等进行综述

以期为2型糖尿病健康患者素养的进一步研究提供参考依据。

Abstract

As a chronic metabolic disease

Type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） can cause loss of work capacity and affect the quality of life（QOL）. Low health literacy is a common feature of most patients with chronic diseases

and the health litera-cy of patients with T2DM directly affects their health outcomes

hence it is important to strengthen the evaluation of health literacy for self-management behaviors and disease prognosis of patients with T2DM. This article reviews the current re-search status

measurement tools

and intervention methods of health literacy in patients with T2DM at home and abroad

with an aim to provide a reference for further research on health literacy in patients with T2DM.
