摘要

目前异常步态的诊断与评估主要通过临床测量、视觉步态分析以及三维步态分析(3DGA)。临床测量、视觉步态分析均无法避免地受评估者主观性的影响

而半自动化的3DGA系统能够客观定量地评定人体的步态。目前成人领域相关研究较多

儿科则相对较少。本文就其在儿童异常步态评估中的应用进行综述。

Abstract

Abnormal gait is diagnosed and evaluated mainly through clinical measurement

visual gait analysis and three-dimensional gait analysis（3DGA）. Clinical measurement and visual gait analysis are unavoidably affected by the subjectivity of the assessor

while the semi-automatic 3DGA system can objectively and quantitatively assess human gait. There are many related studies in the adult field currently

but relatively few in the pediatrics. This article reviews its application in the assessment of of abnormal gait in children.
