Objective To investigate the risk factors for premature rupture of membranes（PROM） in cesarean scar pregnancy（CSP） and the pregnancy outcome of PROM. Methods The clinical data of 93 cases of CSP ad-mitted to a hospital in Liaoning Province from March 2016 to March 2019

divided into PROM group（n=45） and non-PROM group（n=48） according to whether PROM occurred or not

were retrospectively analyzed. Lo-gistic regression analysis was performed to compare pregnancy outcomes in the PROM group and the non-PROM group. Results The incidence of reproductive tract infections

and combined anemia was higher in the PROM group than in the non-PROM group

the proportion of women with a history of miscarriage or induction of labor in the PROM group is higher than that in the non-PROM group with statistical significance（P<0.05）; the difference in the incidence of excessive amniotic fluid and cervical insufficiency in the two groups was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. The results of multifactorial unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for PROM in CSP were
