Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation care on postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction in coronary heart disease patients undergoing revascularization. Methods A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to a hospital in Shenyang from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected for this study. The patients were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table
with 45 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care; patients in the study group were given early postoperative rehabilitation care on the basis of nursing care in the control group; the inci-dence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups at discharge
and the Morningside rehabilitation status scale(MRSS) scores were compared between the two groups before intervention and at discharge. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 15.5%
which was lower than that of 31.2% in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). At the time of discharge
the study group’s scores in current symptoms
mobility
social skills and dependence in the MRSS were(5.88 ± 2.63)
(7.15 ± 1.62)
(7.23 ± 1.89)
and(7.64 ± 1.91)
respectively
which were lower than those of(6.00 ± 1.57)
(7.72 ± 1.40)
(7.71 ± 1.58)
and(8.18 ± 2.08) in the control group
and all differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). The overall satisfaction with care in the study group was 100.0%
which was higher than that of 88.9% in the control group
and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation care for coronary heart disease patients undergoing revascularization can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions
improve patient prognosis
enhance the nurse-patient relationship and improve satisfaction with care
hence it is worthy of clinical promo-tion.
