Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b injection combined with montelukast sodium on the improvement of symptoms and myocardial enzyme level in children with bronchopneumonia accompanied by increased immunoglobulin E（IgE）.Methods Eighty six cases of bronchopneumonia with IgE increased in a hospital of Henan Province from July 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method

43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of conventional treatment

and the experimental group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b injection on the basis of the control group.The fever relief time

IgE normalization time

clinical effect and serum LDH

CK and CK-MB levels before and 14 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The fever relief time

cough relief time and IgE recovery time in the experimental group were all in the phrase control group

the difference was statistically significant（P <0.05）.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.67%（42/43）

higher than that of the control group 79.07%（34/43）.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Before treatment

there was no significant difference in serum LDH

CK

CK-MB between the two groups（P>0.05）.After 14 days of treatment

the levels of LDH

CK and CK-MB in the two groups were lower than those before treatment

and the levels of LDH

CK and CK-MB in experimental group were lower than control group

the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α2b injection combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia with increased IgE is helpful to enhance the treatment effect

reduce the serum LDH

CK and CK-MB levels

and effectively improve the symptoms of children.
