Objective To evaluate the influences of fiberoptic bronchoscope(FOB)and direct laryngoscope(DLS)by nasal intubation on the hemodynamic reactions of patients.Method Hand-search assisted by computer the random comparative tests(RCT)of the influences of FOB and DLS by nasal intubation on the hemodynamic reactions in relevant data bases such as Pubmed

and make Meta analysis with RevMan 5.3software.Results 8documents and 462 cases of patients were included eventually.SBP of the group treated with FOB was markedly higher than that of the DLS group at the 3rd and 5th minute after the intubation
and the differences were statistically significant [(WMD=3.64
95% CI was 1.37 to 5.91)
(WMD=3.39
95% CI was 1.63 to 5.15)
P<0.05].The differences in terms of DBP between the FOB group and DLS group at the times of measuring were not statistically significant.HR of the FOB group was markedly higher than that of the DLS group at the time of intubation
and the differences were statistically significant(WMD=9.09
95%CI was 5.05 to 13.14
P=0.00).MAP of the FOB group was also markedly higher than that of the DLS group at the time of incubation with the differences being statistically significant(WMD=10.60
95% CI was 5.89 to 15.30
P=0.00).The length of time of incubation of the FOB group was markedly longer than that of the DLS group
and the differences also had statistical significance(WMD=9.20
95% CI was 5.19 to 13.21
P=0.00).Conclusion DLS by nasal intubation has minor influences on the hemodynamic reactions of patients
