Objective To discuss whether Flumazenil can shorten the wakening process after the anesthetization with Propofol.Method To select 80 cases of patients who have undergone anesthetized operations with Propofol at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical School from September 2012 to December2013and divide them into the observation group and comparison group at random. The patients of the former were injected 0.3mg Flumazenil after operations
while those of the latter received no special treatment
and to observe their respective wakening process. Results In terms of scores on reaction
verbal sound
facial expression
and ocular calmness/alertness reaching 4points
the time required for the patients of the observation group was all shorter than that of the comparison group
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flumazenil can shorten the wakening process after the anesthetization with Propofol.
