Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xinshuaikang oral liquid treating coronary heart failure with syndrome of yangqi deficiency and blood stasis.Method 86 cases of coronary heart failure with yangqi deficiency and blood stasis received in a hospital of Mudanjiang city from June 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group

43 cases in each.Patients in the control group took Xinbao pills and those in the observation group took Xinshuaikang oral liquid.After four weeks

patients in the two groups were compared in heart rate

shortness of breath and asthma

spontaneous perspiration and other clinical symptoms.Results The heart rate of patients in both groups was obviously lower than pretreatment

the reduction in the observation group was more obvious than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Shortness of breath and asthma

spontaneous perspiration and other clinical symptoms in the observation group disappeared after the treatment but the symptoms in the control group were not significantly improved.Conclusion Xinshuaikang can significantly improve the heart rate and individual clinical symptom in coronary heart failure patients with yangqi deficiency and blood stasis.
