Objective To discuss the relevancy between the infection levels of helicobacterpylori(Hp)and the pulmonary function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method To collect 30 cases of COPD patients who were tested positive with Hp and have been treated at the Second People’s Hospital of Guiyang from 2012 to 2014
and study the relevancy between the patients’Hp infection levels and their pulmonary function. Results With the decrease of the percentage of the volume of the first second exerted exhalation accounting for the predicted value(FEV1% predicted value)
the decay per minute(DPM)of Hp assumed a rising tendency
and the two factors were inversely related(r=-0.94
P<0.01).Conclusion The Hp infection tends to aggravate the impairment of pulmonary function of COPD patients.
