Objective To sum up the nursing experience of pancreatic trauma in an attempt to improve the clinical nursing of this disease.Method Clinical data and nursing method of 42cases of patients with pancreatic trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Results 42cases of patients all received surgical treatment and their conditions were closely observed.Through enhancing nursing such as nursing of drainage tube

39patients were cured and 3patients died after surgery.1case was died of DIC complicated with multiple organ injury and 2cases were died of toxic shock for intestinal fistula and pancreatic fistula led to septicemia.There were 8cases complicated with pancreatic fistula

2cases with abdominal abscess and 5cases with pseudocyst of pancreas after surgery.Conclusion Adopting comprehensive nursing can improve the success rate in the treatment of pancreatic trauma.
