Objective To observe clinical efficacy of integration of nasal steroids and ultrashort wave to treat allergic perennial rhinitis.Method 120 patients diagnosed with allergic perennial rhinitis by clinical method were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group was treated by the integration of nasal steroids and ultrashort wave（once a day） for 30 days;the patients of control group used rhinocort nasal spray（two sprays per nostril） every morning

and about 64 μg budesonide per spray and once a day（256 μg in total） for 4 weeks.The therapeutic efficacy of two groups was compared after 30 days.Results The effective rate of experimental group was 98.33%

and the control group 85.00%.The therapeutic efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of integration of nasal steroids and ultrashort wave in treating allergic perennial rhinitis is better than that of nasal steroids only.The integration of nasal steroids and ultrashort wave is an effective way to treat allergic perennial rhinitis.
