Objective To develop the questionnaire that fit to measure the Sub-health of Pupils in China.Method Based on unstructured questionnaire and literature searches to hackle and collect source material

then developped the formal questionnaire.We also tested the questionnaire through item analysis

exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses.Results Reliability and validity analyses showed that the psychometric properties of the questionnaire on Pupil Sub-health are acceptable.The Cronbacha α coefficients of physical and psychological sub-health questionnaire for student edition are 0.92 and 0.86 respectively

and for parents edition are 0.92 and 0.86 respectively

and for the whole questionnaire are both over 0.81.The questionnaire has good empirical validity

there is statistically significant difference of scores on this questionnaire between normal pupils and pupils showing sub-health symptoms（P<0.05）.Conclusion The questionnaire can be used to measure Sub-health.of the Pupil.
