摘要

目的了解白族地区中学生考试焦虑现状。方法采用中文版Sarason考试焦虑量表（TestAnxietyScale

TAS）对937名在读中学生进行调查。结果高度焦虑者占36.29%;感受到有考试不适感的占58.27%;性别、独生子女、每天坚持锻炼、学习成绩、父母文化程度、家庭所在地、家庭经济状况在TAS得分及焦虑程度构成上的差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论白族地区中学生考试焦虑程度严重

影响因素较多

需全面进行健康教育和考试心理辅导。

Abstract

Objective To explore the current status quo of test anxiety of medical students in Dali university.Method The Test Anxiety scale-Chinese Version was used to test 937 middle school student.Results 36.29%of students had severe anxiety

and 58.27% felt uncomfortable with test.Difference in gender

entertainment

academic record

parental education level

home place and family economic status in the test anxiety was statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion Test anxiety of medical students was so serious and is influenced by many factors.Comprehensive health education and psychological advise should be provided.
