Yang guang. Investigation of HBsAg-positive Situation of Freshmen in a Vocational College[J]. Health Medicine Research and Practice, 2010,7(3):56-57.DOI:
Objective To find out the infection situation of hepatitis B virus among freshmen in a vocational college
so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in the college.Method HBsAg of 2 450 freshmen were tested
and with the HBsAg-positve
5 items of hepatitis were detected
Then the test results were andysed. Results HBsAg positive rate was 6.53%
The positive rates of males and females were 8.18% and 5.01% respectively
with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The positive rates of students from urban and rural were 4.20% and 8.20% respectirely
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the model of HBV infection
the HBsAg(+)/HBeAb(+)/HBcAb(+)accounted for 43.12%、the HBsAg(+)/HBeAg(+)/HBcAb(+)41.88%.Conclusion The situation of HBV infection is not optimistic among freshmen
and HBsAg positive rate in boys is higher than girls
rural students is higher than urban students.Prevention and treatment of hepatitis B should be conducted.
