摘要

目的建立妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱

流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（50∶50

每100mL加十二烷基硫酸钠0.1g）

检测波长为266nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.109～0.436μg范围内线性良好（r=0.9998）

平均回收率（n=6）为98.3%

RSD为0.9%。结论本含量测定方法可靠、准确

灵敏度高

可用于本品的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in fuke zhidai tablets. Method The content of berberine hydrochloride in Fuke Zhidai tablets was determined on Kromasil C18 column by HPLC. The mobile phrase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （50∶50

add 0.1 g sodium dodecyl sulfate per 100 mL）. The detection wavelength was set at 266 nm. Results A good linear for berberine hydrochloride was in the range of 0.109～0.436 μg （r=0.999 8）.The average recovery（n=6） was 98.3%

RSD=0.9%.Conclusion This method is reliable

accurate

sensitive and can be used for the determination of this preparation.
