摘要

目的了解我校教职工的健康状况及动态变化

及时发现疾病及危险因素

为防病提供依据。方法对我院近3次教职工体检结果进行回顾性对比分析。结果2003年、2005年、2007年检出异常项目数分别为62、86、103项

检出率分别为74.44%、78.04%、87.08%

2007年检出率高于2005年和2003年

差异均有统计学意义（p<0.01）

近3次体检中检出率较高的异常项目或疾病为高血脂、脂肪肝、心电图异常、高血压。结论我校教职工健康状况不容乐观

生活方式病逐渐增多

并呈逐渐增加趋势。防病主要在于改变生活方式、健康教育、定期体检。

Abstract

Objective To understand the state of health of the school staff and the dynamic changes

to pay attention to the disease and risk factors

so as to provide the basis for disease prevention.Method Comparative analyse the results of the recent three physical examination of the school staff.Results In 2003

2005

2007 the number of unusual items were 62

103 respectively

abnormal rates were 74.44%

78.04%

87.08%

The rate in 2007 was higher than that in 2005 or 2003

the differences were Statistically significant（p<0.01）.The main abnormal items or diseases in the recent three examinations were high blood lipids

fatty liver

abnormal electrocardiogram

hypertension.Conclusion The health situation of our school staff is not optimistic.The number of lifestyle diseases is increasing

and the prevention depends on the changing of lifestyle

the health education and regular medical check-ups.
