摘要

胰岛素是治疗糖尿病的一种常用药物

用于2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者早期治疗可改善胰岛β细胞功能;提高糖尿病褥疮治愈率并缩短治愈时间;改善代谢失调、炎性应答及出凝血状态

降低C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平;极化液（GIK）能改善心肌供血;非注射用胰岛素使糖尿病人的生活质量有质的突破。但其潜在不良影响还需进一步研究。

Abstract

Insulin is a common drug for diabetes treatment.It can Improve Insulin β-cell function in the early Treatment of type 2 diabetes patients;Enhance diabetes bedsore cure rate and shorten the healing time;improve decompensation

inflammatory response and state of bleeding and clotting

lower C-reactive protein（CRP） level;polarization liquid（GIK） can improve myocardial blood;Non-injected Forms of Insulin improve the quality of life of diabetic notably.Further studies need to be carried out on the potential blight.
