摘要

教师心理健康问题正日益得到社会的关注

教师担负研究和育人双重重担

其心理健康问题更受到格外的重视。本文通过对教师心理健康的研究现状进行总结与分析

提出了目前教师心理健康研究存在的问题

并提出实证研究设想

以期相关研究逐步深入。

Abstract

The mental health of teacher is increasingly concerned by society.This paper makes a summary and analysis on the current research of college techers’mental health

tries to find out the problem of teacher mental health

points out that there are some shortcomings in internal research

and puts forward the suggestion on promting this research.
