摘要

目的了解性健康教育对大学生性知识、态度和行为的影响

评价实施健康教育的效果。方法对广东两高校共1325名在校大学一年级学生进行性健康教育前后问卷调查。结果大学生对性学名词、避孕知识、预防艾滋病/性病知识的知晓率比较

教育后明显高于教育前（p<0.05）。对婚前性行为的正确认识在教育后也有不同程度的提高。结论高校应开展有组织、有计划和规范化的性健康教育和行为干预。大学生们要树立正确的恋爱观和性道德观

提高自我保护意识与技能

减少或避免非意愿妊娠所造成的伤害。

Abstract

Objective To investigation the opinion

demand and effect of college students on educational intervention to premarital sexual behaviors and involuntary pregnancy.Method A total of 1 325 freshman were chosen in two universities in Guangdong they finished the question papers.Results The students have more knowledge in sexual concepts

contraception

AIDS prevention and venereal disease（VD） after receiving the education（p<0.05）.They have more correct opinions on premarital sexual behavior.Conclusion Colleges should development sexual health education and sexual behavior intervention students should establish correct love idea and sexual moral idea

reduce or avoid the premarital sexual behavior and reduce the harm of involuntary pregnancy.
